CSX Holdings is a prop-tech company founded by Mr. Charles Tsao and Mr. Anson Ng with diversified investments in range of investment areas, including rental apartments, office buildings, and industrial factories, strategically located in key locations such as Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and Klang Valley. As of March 2024, our total property value is approximately MYR 188 million, with total of 196 properties units.

Our goal is to provide investors with sustainable profit distribution and total return growth through active asset management, revenue-enhancing acquisitions, and rental activities supported by the best capital and risk management. To achieve this, we developed a long-term service platform with a Zero-Deposit feature in 2020 and we are planning to launch a new short-term rental service platform that integrates technology, real estate, and local commercial products and services, providing consumers with a more convenient, diverse, and high-quality short-term rental service in 2024 Q4.​
